Day 13 Paula

Meal #1: Zone Bar, Light String Cheese

Snack: Special K Crackers

Meal #2: 2 slices cheese, Cottage Cheese with tomatoes

Meal #3: Brown & Wild Rice, Pork Chops in BBQ sauce (crock pot) and corn

Snack: Jello Sugar Free Mousse Temptations (these are the BOMB!) Mine was Carmel. YUMMO!

Exercise: p90X Arms, Taught 3 dance classes

    I haven't heard of the Jell-O things. I'll have to try them...I'm always looking for a sweet treat.
