Here starts our journey to eat more sensibly and be accountable for it. Both Paula and I are going to write down what we eat each day so we can help each other and try getting healthy.

Aspen Mills Honey Whole Wheat Bread (can be found at Macey's or Sam's Club

Bird's Eye Frozen Vegetables, without sauce
Costco Chips - "Food Should Taste Good" Multigrain Chips in a black and white bag
Cottage Cheese
Double Fiber English Muffins
Extra Lean Ham
Fat Free Catalina Dressing
Fat Free Cool Whip
Fat Free Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Fat Free Mayo - one with only 10-15 calories per serving
Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
Fuze Drinks - any of the slenderize kind, shouldn't have more than 10 calories
Greek Yogurt
Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers
Kashi Go Lean Cereal (not crunch)
Kashi Waffles
Light String Cheese
Morning Star Veggie Patties
Skim Milk
Smith's Carb Master Yogurt (has a good Carb/Protein/Sugar balance)
Spray Butter with no calories
Sweet Potatoes
Whole Wheat Pitas
